By accessing or using VULNKON (“the platform”), operated by Konstent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Authorized use only

You may only run scans or assessments against assets you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You are solely responsible for obtaining that authorization. Using the platform against third-party systems without authorization is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable law.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, safety constraints, or access controls.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Service availability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scanning modules depend on third-party tools and services that may be unavailable at times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konstent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any action taken as a result of a scan finding or AI-generated recommendation.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
